Privacy notice
This notice describes what the Proofwise website’s current forms and code do. It does not make claims about practices that are not specified in the website code.
Contact inquiries
The contact form asks for your name and email address. Business name, phone number and a message are optional. When you submit it, the website sends the provided fields to the MadeThis platform notification endpoint as a contact inquiry. The contact route does not write the inquiry to this storefront’s Convex database.
Website analytics
When the platform’s analytics key is configured, this site initializes PostHog with page-view, autocapture and exception capture enabled, and local-storage and cookie persistence. The contact form also sends form-start and form-submission events. The submission event includes whether the optional business, phone and message fields were filled in; the contact form code does not put their entered values into that event. Autocapture is configured separately and may collect additional interaction data.
Client sign-in
The client sign-in form sends an email address and password to the site’s Convex Auth password sign-in route. This notice does not describe data handling beyond what the website code specifies.
